Drillmar Resources are currently recruiting for an administrator to work in our clients office based in Aberdeen.
This role is for an initial 5 month contract with potential extension.
Responsibilities:

Maintain cost tracking sheets and support with requisitions in Oracle/Maximo.

Assist with mobilising/demobilising equipment and processing job paperwork.

Support operations team with orders, suppliers, and rental negotiations.

Contribute to HSE, quality, and compliance culture across the UK.

Develop and update yearly project trackers.

Provide cover for Personnel/AMO teams as required.

Participate in on-call rota (full-time staff).
Requirements:
-
Knowledge of Maximo/Oracle (advantageous).

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong organisation, attention to detail, and record-keeping.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Self-motivated, able to work independently.
