We are hiring a part-time or full-time Administrator for our Inverurie based office.

Supporting in a wide variety of administrative tasks, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain a breadth of experience across our global operations.

While some office experience is essential, the role is ideally suited to someone who has just started their career but is seeking the opportunity to develop further.

The Responsibilites:

  • Ensure that all company admistrative processes are done efficiently and dilligently.
  • Accurate and secure maintenance of records within company database.
  • Formatting of candidates Curricula Vitae for client presentation.
  • Training management including certificate verification and expiry tracking.
  • Management of crew logistics including booking travel and accommodation.
  • Collation of timesheets, expenses and processing of payroll.
  • Liaising with company vendors and management of purchase order system.
  • Dealing with inbound enquiries in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Assist with any other varied tasks and duties as required.

The Applicant:

  • A minimum of one-year's experience in an office or similar environment.
  • Exposure to or an awareness of the Energy sector would be beneficial.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft
  • Office applications (Word and Excel primarily).
  • Ability to manage a dynamic workload, prioritising and multi-tasking as needed.
  • Appreciation for accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills - both spoken and written.
  • Must be in possession of a valid Driving Licence.
  • Above all, a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
