We are currently recruiting for an experienced HSE Advisor to join our client’s offshore operations team on-board a production platform located in the United Kingdom.

This is a rotational, offshore-based position providing health, safety, and environmental support to ensure safe and compliant operations in accordance with company policies, industry best practices, and UK regulatory requirements.

Commencing in November / December 2025 - the successful candidate will work in a 3/3 rotation for a minimum period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension thereafter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HSE leadership and support to all departments on-board the platform.

  • Act as the focal point for all health, safety, and environmental matters on the installation.

  • Facilitate and participate in risk assessments, toolbox talks, incident investigations, and safety meetings.

  • Promote proactive hazard identification and ensure effective control of work systems are implemented and adhered to.

  • Conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and monitoring to verify compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to personnel to enhance HSE awareness and competence.

  • Support emergency preparedness and response activities, including drills and exercises.

  • Assist in the development and review of HSE documentation, procedures, and performance reports.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an offshore HSE Advisor or Safety Officer (UKCS experience preferred).

  • Minimum standards for offshore travel (Survival, MIST, Medical & Shoulder Measurements).

  • Recognised HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH Certificate / Diploma or equivalent.

  • In-depth knowledge of UK offshore health & safety legislation and industry standards.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting operational teams in promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage personnel at all levels.
