We are hiring a full-time Administrator for our Inverurie based office.
Supporting in a wide variety of administrative tasks, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain a breadth of experience across our global operations.
Responsible for ensuring all company administrative processes are carried out efficiently and diligently, the Operations Administrator will work closely with our recruitment team supporting key functions such as logistics, training and payroll.
Main Duties
- Maintenance of records within the company's recruitment database.
- Editing and formatting of candidate CVs for client presentation.
- Verification and expiration tracking of training certificates.
- Employee contracts creation, issuing and tracking.
- Logistics coordination including arranging accommodation and travel.
- Collation of employee timesheets and payroll processing.
- Telephone and general office duties.
The Applicant:
- A minimum of one-year's experience in a similar role.
- Exposure to or an awareness of the Energy sector.
- Appreciation for accuracy and attention to detail is absolutely key.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel primarily).
- Ability to manage a dynamic workload, prioritising and multi-tasking as needed.
- Strong communication skills - both spoken and written.
- Must be in possession of a valid Driving Licence.
- Above all, a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
