We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join a leading offshore Well Intervention service provider based in Aberdeen 

This is a key role responsible for coordinating offshore operations, managing technical personnel and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.  Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll support operational planning, resource allocation, client liaison and continuous improvement across the business with occasional offshore visits as required.

We are looking for candidates with:

• 10 + years offshore Oil & Gas experience.
• Strong Well Intervention / well services Background
• Previous Supervisory or operational management experience
• excellent planning, communication and leadership skills
