We are hiring a full-time Recruitment Consultant for our Inverurie office.
Supporting the Oil & Gas sector, the successful candidate will be responsible for resourcing candidates to fulfil our clients' permanent and temporary staffing requirements.
This role would be ideally suited to a recruitment professional looking for the opportunity to prove themselves in a specialised team working within an established but close collaborative environment.
The Responsibilites:
- Sourcing candidates to fulfil temporary and permanent requirements.
- Verification of employment details and training certification.
- Formatting of candidates Curricula Vitae for client presentation.
- Cultivation of relationships with candidates and clients.
- Overall client and account management.
- Liaising with administrative colleagues for management of contractors.
The Applicant:
- Previous recruitment industry experience.
- Previous experience of the Energy sector.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel primarily).
- Very strong communication skills - both spoken and written.
- Above all, a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
