We are currently recruiting experienced Subsea Engineers to join our client’s fleet of drillships. This is a permanent rotational position.
The Subsea Engineer will work closely with the offshore and onshore subsea support teams to maintain the reliability, compliance and performance of all subsea equipment, including the BOP stack, marine riser system, control systems and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
	- Manage the operation, maintenance and testing of all subsea equipment and systems, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company standards.
 
	- Conduct pre- and post-deployment inspections of the BOP and riser systems, verifying functionality, integrity and readiness.
 
	- Maintain accurate maintenance and testing records within the company’s maintenance management system.
 
	- Monitor system performance, identify potential failures and implement corrective and preventive maintenance actions.
 
	- Participate in well control drills, safety meetings and audits to maintain operational preparedness
 
Requirements:
	- In order to be considered, candidates must be UK, European or South African nationals. This is due to restrictions on work permits in the area of operation.
 
	- Proven operational experience in this role on-board MODUs, preferably drillships.
 
	- Strong technical knowledge of BOP control systems, riser systems, wellhead equipment and subsea operations.
