Drillmar Resources are recruiting a Systems Coordinator to work within our clients HR team for a 6-9 month period based in Kingswells.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in the Operations Planning Input Request (OPIR) system, ensuring accurate data entry, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating communication to meet operational requirements.
As Systems Coordinator, you'll support Operations in meeting client contractual obligations for manning requirements. Your main responsibilities will be booking and managing offshore helicopter seats.
DUTIES
Manage OPIR System: Oversee the day-to-day operations within the Operations Planning Input Request system, ensuring all data entries are accurate and up-to-date.
Data Entry: Input names, vantage numbers, mobilisation/demobilisation dates, and other relevant information into the OPIR system with precision and attention to detail.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies within the OPIR system in a timely manner, escalating complex issues as necessary.
Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including client planners, offshore personnel, HR coordinators, and logistics teams, to ensure seamless coordination and communication regarding personnel movements and changes.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all OPIR-related activities, including name changes, seat bookings, and communication with stakeholders.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal users on the use of the OPIR system, ensuring all users are proficient in its functionalities.
Process Improvement: Working with the HR team to identify opportunities for process improvement within HR related workflows, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness e.g. internal HR Sharepoint and assisting with system audits.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
Relevant work experience and / or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience working with ERP systems, preferably within the context of operations planning or logistics.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find timely resolutions.
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with client manning systems, such as OPIR, is preferred.
