The Deck Foreman will form part of the offshore marine support team, responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant deck operations onboard the drillship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all deck operations on-board the vessel are carried out safely, efficiently and in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Supervision and coordination of Crane Operators, Assistant Crane Operators and Deck team on-board.
• Conduct pre- and post-operational inspections of deck equipment, ensuring readiness, integrity and correct certification status.
• Ensure accurate completion of deck logs, maintenance records and permits within the company’s maintenance and reporting systems.
• Monitor deck activities and equipment condition, identify hazards or potential failures and take corrective / preventive actions as required.
• Actively participate in drills, safety meetings, toolbox talks, and audits to maintain a high level of operational and safety preparedness.
